Setting up the printer

The below steps are to setup the office printers on your Windows PC or Mac

  1. Open this link: https://www.support.xerox.com/support/altalink-c8100-series/downloads/enbd.html

  2. Your devices operating system (Windows or Mac) should automatically be picked up and displayed here but if it has not then please select your relevant operating system of the device

  3. Scroll down and download the 'Xerox Smart Start' by ticket the terms and conditions and then selecting 'Download'

  4. Run the file when its finished downloading then the Xerox app will guide you through getting the printer setup

<aside> 💡 Check the IP address on the printers them self to know what printer you are setting up, the IP address can be found at the top left of the printer home screen

Scan to Email

The below steps show how to scan from the printer and send the file to your office 365 email

<aside> 💡 This will only work for Individual Restaurants Email accounts, you cannot scan to an external email address
