Select ‘Terminal Settings’
Select’ Comm Means’
Select ‘WiFi’
Select ‘Disable’
Your PDQs can use Wifi, ethernet or 3G connectivity.
To switch from using Wi-Fi to using 3G, all you need to do is disable the Wi-Fi - the PDQ will then failover to using the 3G SIM card to communicate.

Select ‘Control Panel’
Select ‘Terminal Settings’
Select’ Comm Means’
Select ‘WiFi’
Select ‘Disable’
If the situation with your internet/wifi has been resolved, you'll need to turn wifi back on;
